As of the evening of February 15th, the "health code" services in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan, Taizhou and Lishui have been launched on the "Zheliban" APP and Alipay. Residents and people entering the corresponding areas can declare themselves through the network platform and generate corresponding "health codes" after review.
It is understood that our province has established the framework of the province’s "health code" management information system, formulated data sharing standards and specifications, and drawn several "hard bars" for the rules of displaying red codes, such as the history of living in key epidemic areas such as Wuhan. According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Big Data Development Administration, the province’s "health code" management information system is based on real data, connected with relevant databases such as the dynamic control list of key personnel, and distributed "health code" according to the verification and comparison results of the mass declaration information and background data.
It is reported that according to the actual needs, all districts and cities in our province are formulating specific coding rules and application methods according to local conditions on the basis of the framework of the province’s "health code" management information system.
On February 15th, Hangzhou, the first city to launch the "Health Code", officially opened the "Hangzhou Health Code" online review channel. Citizens who have doubts about the "Hangzhou Health Code" can submit their applications through the review channel and wait for feedback and reply from their districts (counties and cities).
Ningbo held a press conference on February 15th, officially announcing the implementation of "Ningbo Global One Code Pass" in the whole city from the 16th, and adopting the method of simultaneous distribution of electronic codes and paper codes to solve the problems of non-Alipay users’ difficulty in applying for codes and the difficulty of full coverage for the elderly and children. It is reported that the electronic code "Yong xing code" was put into operation on the afternoon of the 15th. The paper "Yong Hang Certificate" is also ready. From the morning of the 16th, citizens can apply for it at the nearest distribution point.
It is understood that in addition to Hangzhou and Ningbo, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan and Taizhou have also announced the implementation of three-color "health code" management. Wenzhou will officially launch the "health code" on the 16th, Jiaxing’s "health code" system platform has been launched on the Internet platform, and Huzhou has also completed the test. The opening time and identification management rules of these two cities and Lishui City need to be announced separately.
The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Big Data Development Administration said that the bureau is speeding up the construction of the province’s "health code" sharing platform, and strives to achieve the province-wide coverage and cross-regional interconnection of "health codes" as soon as possible, providing strong support for the province to prevent and control the epidemic and resume work.
