Six real estate development enterprises violated regulations and were dealt with by Chengdu Housing Authority.


  On April 17th, Chengdu Urban and Rural Real Estate Administration (hereinafter referred to as "the Housing Authority") issued a circular on the handling of six illegal development enterprises.

  The circular pointed out that in the recent special rectification of the market order, the bureau found that some development enterprises had bundled sales, did not meet the conditions for the sale of commercial housing, charged fees for the nature of reservations, spread price information, maliciously speculated, bid up housing prices, and created a tense sales atmosphere, which seriously disrupted the order of the real estate market.

  In order to strictly implement the regulation policy of the real estate market, severely crack down on illegal activities, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the masses, and maintain a fair and equitable market environment, Chengdu Housing Management Bureau decided to punish Chengdu Capital Jinhui Real Estate Co., Ltd., a project development enterprise of "Capital Jiaozi No.1", and Chengdu Capital Zhenghua Real Estate Co., Ltd., a project development enterprise of "Capital Guanghecheng", for tying up parking spaces against the wishes of buyers when selling commercial houses. Temporarily shut down the online signing system of commercial housing sales contracts for these two projects, and reduce the credit scores of Chengdu Capital Zhenghua Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Capital Jinhui Real Estate Co., Ltd. according to the regulations, and send a copy of their violations to the administrative department for industry and commerce for investigation and handling according to law.

  In addition, for the behaviors that Kaiya (Chengdu) Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Langyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. do not meet the sales conditions of commercial housing, Chengdu Xingsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Xinjing Industrial Co., Ltd. spread price increase information, maliciously speculate, drive up house prices, create a tense sales atmosphere and other violations were entered into the "Chengdu Real Estate Industry Credit Information Platform" and included in the key supervision scope of Chengdu Housing Management Bureau. Copy their credit records to the "Sichuan Real Estate Development Enterprise Credit System" and "Chengdu Credit Network" for exposure, and list relevant illegal enterprises and employees in the "blacklist" of Chengdu real estate industry credit.

  Chengdu Housing Management Bureau hopes that all real estate development enterprises will take a warning, earnestly fulfill their corporate social responsibilities, carry out self-examination and self-correction in a timely manner in strict accordance with real estate-related laws and regulations and real estate market regulation policies, so as to operate in accordance with the law, operate in good faith, and conduct fair and just transactions, and jointly promote the stable and healthy development of Chengdu’s real estate market.
