It is estimated that there will be heavy rains in parts of southern Gansu, southwestern Shaanxi, western Sichuan Basin, central and western Yunnan, northern Heilongjiang, central Inner Mongolia and southeastern Tibet from 20: 00 on August 29th to 20: 00 on 30th, among which there will be heavy rains (100-200mm) in western Sichuan Basin and western Yunnan. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (the maximum hourly rainfall is 20 ~ 50 mm, and the local area can exceed 60 mm), and there are strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
