       CCTV News:The Ministry of Transport recently issued the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Passenger Stations and Means of Transportation in Spring Festival travel rush in 2021", focusing on seven areas such as road passenger transport, urban public buses and trams, urban rail transit and waterway passenger transport, and formulating detailed epidemic prevention and control measures from five aspects such as disinfection, ventilation, transportation organization, personnel protection and publicity.

       In view of the characteristics of increased personnel flow and increased risk of epidemic spread during the period of Spring Festival travel rush, the Spring Festival travel rush Guide improved the prevention and control standards, made prevention and control by districts and levels, and comprehensively improved and strengthened prevention and control measures. During the period of Spring Festival travel rush, the disinfection frequency of passenger stations and means of transport should be appropriately increased. Strengthen the registration of passenger information, and fully implement the registration of real-name tickets for passengers on Class I and Class II passenger lines and inter-provincial and inter-city chartered passengers. Check the health code of passengers entering the road and waterway passenger station comprehensively, and provide services such as checking the health code on behalf of the elderly, children and other passengers who can’t use or don’t have smart phones, and assisting in filling in information. Temporary observation areas should be set up for 10 or more inter-provincial passenger vehicles and passenger ships, and the passenger load factors in high, medium and low-risk areas should not exceed 50%, 70% and 90% respectively. At the same time, strengthen the health monitoring and protection of employees, guide passengers to travel in the wrong peak, and take protective measures such as wearing masks, hand hygiene and "one-meter line" during various public transport.
